What Do We Do with Your Information?

Our e-Commerce website or app may collect various type of required information if you want to place an order for the desired product you want to buy from us using the website or app. When you purchase something from our online store through the website or app, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We will receive, store and process your data for preparing your purchase order on our e-Commerce site and will save it for any possible future allegation. We usually collect personal information such as your title, name, gender, date of birth, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different), telephone number, mobile number, payment procedure and another similar kind of information. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

We may pass your details to other companies affiliated with us only for the purpose of providing you better service. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

We cover 7 Days Replacement Guarantee for all physical products sold on Refund is only applicable to the canceled order items due to product unavailability.


  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
  • Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)


  • Delivery of wrong product
  • Delivery of defective product
  • Delivery of the products with missing parts
  • Incorrect content on the website


  • Product(s) cannot be returned once received by the customer.
  • Customers are requested to check the product before receiving the product(s).


  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Skincare, Cosmetics & Perfumes
  • Personal hygiene items such as earrings, wigs and combs
  • Consumables such as cigars and beverages


  • Delivery of the ordered items is subject to availability of the products at our vendor's depot/warehouse/store. We may cancel any order within 4 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable.
  • In such a case, if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund, if not received any cashback, within 1-5 working days. Received Cashback amount will be adjusted with the refund amount.
  • If the refund amount is below Tk 300, the refund amount will be disbursed through bKash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer.
  • If the refund amount is below Tk 50, the refund amount will be disbursed as mobile top-up/recharge to the customer.
  • Advance payment is required for the delivery of certain vendors' products. We may cancel any order if the advance payment is not made by the customer for such orders.


• Damages due to misuse of the product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
• Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
• Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

EMI Policy

EMI facilities are provided to the credit card holder customers, in two different methods:

1. Paperless Digital EMIs
2. Form-based regular EMIs

Digital EMIs: Customer will be provided EMI facilities on select banks' credit cards upon online transaction if the customer chooses to avail EMI facilities. No EMI forms need to be filled and sent to or concerned bank.

Regular EMI: EMI facilities will be provided on select banks' credit cards, provided that,

  • Customers must fill-up an EMI form upon online transaction within 3 working days.
  • If the customer fails to fill-up the form within next working days, s/he must inform through email to & that customer needs more time to fill up the EMI form.
  • If for any unavoidable situations, the EMI facility fails to get activated before the customer's bill cycle, will adjust the EMI facility to the customers' credit card in the next bill cycle.
  • For any unavoidable situations from's end, if any interest gets added to the customers' credit card bill, will refund the interest to the customer.
